Refund Policy

General Terms and Conditions of Sale:

Please read carefully the General Conditions of exchanges and refunds. The purchase of any products offered on website is subject to these Terms and Conditions, they may be reviewed at any time without prior notice.

1. Purchase

For each product selected on the website, a summary page will be displayed featuring a photograph of the item, the color and references, the quantity selected, it’s unit price and the total amount owed for your order.
You should check that this information accurately reflects your selection before confirming your order. Upon confirmation, your order will be submitted to for processing. While every effort is taken to try to ensure that the color, design and style of the products in the photographs displayed on the website are representative to the original products, variations may occur due to technical restrictions of color reproduction on your computer or smartphone.

2. Purchase – Availability

Our offers of products are valid as they are displayed on the website. Instructions about the availability of products are provided at the time of the ordering. At times, errors may exist, especially in case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers.

3. Shipping and Tax Fees:

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. All items are shipped from the United States which may result in longer shipping times for international orders. 

4. Returns, Refunds and Exchange

If your item arrives damaged, or is simply the size is wrong, please contact our Customer Service team and we will gladly replace any applicable item

  • Merchandise purchased on can be exchanged within 30 days of the shipping date.
  • After 30 days, products are not eligible for an exchange.
  • If your requested size is out of stock when we receive your package you will be issued a credit for use on Network Marketing Pro products or events. Credits expire 12 months after issuance.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached
  • Sales, clearance are not eligible for exchange
  • We will pay for the shipping cost to get the new item to the customer.
  • Jewelry items, water bottles, and playing cards cannot be returned or exchanged
  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team within 5 days of receiving the item.

Exchanges shipping charges information:
  • You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes (Please ship with tracking, we are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers).

Exchanges Process:

Just follow the steps below for an easy exchange, please make sure to contact us in advance to ensure the item is in stock and review the exchange policy

  1. Contact our Customer Service via email, by submitting a request which includes all the details of the Item(s) you would like to exchange (Item Number, Size, Color, Photo of the item) and specify the size of the new item you would like to have (note that your requests will be processed during work days Monday through Friday)
  2. Customer Service will issue you a “Return Authorization number” after you contact us
  3. Write your “Return Authorization number” on the outside of the package you are returning. The package must be in it’s original condition, including a copy of your receipt inside or a copy in the case of a partial return.
